What to have ready
- The name and phone number of your current pharmacy
- The names of the prescriptions you’d like to transfer (a recent label or bottle is perfect)
- Your prescription insurance card, if you have one
A note on privacy
We don’t accept prescription transfers, refill requests, or health information through this website. Everything is handled by phone, in person, or through our secure refill portal. That keeps your information out of email and contact forms, where it shouldn’t live.
